[Vobject] Major vobject announcement

It's unfortunate that two different major steps forward for vobject ended
up being announced on more-or-less the same day. It would have been helpful
if the planning had been a bit more transparent. Since python-card-me
supports Py3 today and is on pypi now, I'll continue using it and
supporting it, while wishing Sameem nothing but the best.
