[Vobject] Major vobject announcement

Thanks Jeffrey! Looking forward to breathing some new life into vobject :)

I know there have been a number of bug reports and suggested patches
discussed in the past — hoping that GitHub will make that process a lot
simpler now.

I've already updated the info on PyPi and uploaded the latest release. But
seems like it may take some time to appear in search
<https://pypi.python.org/pypi?%3Aaction=search&term=vobject&submit=search>
again (it may also be a bug with PyPi
<https://bitbucket.org/pypa/pypi/issues/326/some-packages-not-showing-up-when>)
— has anyone experienced something similar before?

Cheers,
Sameen
