Hi Johann,

I'm having trouble reproducing your problem.  I've made a few changes to 
prettyPrint in the last few days, you might want to try getting the 
latest source from Subversion.

The behavior you describe is certainly odd.  If you'd be willing to file 
a bug describing what exactly you're doing and posting your sampledata 
file, that would be great.
