[Vobject] Reviving vobject maintainership

As mentioned previously, I have ported vobject to be python3 compatible in
my fork (https://github.com/tBaxter/vobject). I would be very happy if
someone used that as a basis for ongoing development. Getting it that far
was a lot more work than I really thought it would be going in, and I"m
sure there's still some corners that aren't entirely squared away.
