[Vobject] vobject 0.8.0 released

Hi Folks,

Morgen Sagen at Apple found a bad performance bug in parsing icalendar
(in decoding backslash escaped data, to be exact).  This is now fixed on
trunk.  I've also added a workaround for Apple's Address Book's wariness
of parsing images if they've been wrapped (I'm fairly sure that's NOT
Morgen's handiwork).

Finally, in this release I've finally upgraded the vobject license to
Apache 2.0, which should be GPL compatible, unlike Apache 1.1, which was
recently pointed out to me.
