[Vobject] parsing broken iCalendar objects

Hi David,

Argh.  Outlook's indifference to the details of RFC2445 strikes again.
As it happens, I haven't seen this one before, but I completely agree we
need a work around.

I created https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8931 to
track the issue.
