[Vobject] New VObject home

Hi Folks,

I believe I've finished moving vobject over to Skyhouse's new server.
The project homepage is now vobject.skyhouseconsulting.com.

- There's now a bug tracker, with both email and web interfaces.  Use it
liberally!
- Epydoc is now run hourly
- You'll need to re-checkout the code (I think? Maybe there's a way to
re-home your existing repository, I haven't ever bothered doing that).
The new URL to use is http://jeffrey.skyhouseconsulting.com/svn/vobject.

Anyone who wants to can continue to use
svn+ssh://skyhouseconsulting.com/svn/vobject (dave, I'll need to create
a new account for you, if you'd prefer that), but I'd like to move
towards using WebDAV for access.

If you're going to use http, please email me the password you'd like for 
write access.
