Looks good!  I've added it as a method of Component objects.  I'd be 
happy to give you commit access to SVN, then you can make changes 
yourself, if you're interested feel free to send me a private email.

This goofy idea I originally had about making Component representations 
contain their data was cute but clearly, as I work with large 
Components, doomed to be discarded at some point.  I think I've about 
reached that point...  If anyone wants to see the data some way other 
than serialized, prettyPrint should work fine.
